We are not responsible for packages once we have handed them over to the shipping courier. Once in the hands of the shipping courier we are not responsible for any delays, wrinkles, In transit items, lost packages, or damaged packages. We suggest that customers ask for us to build insurance into their parcel for every purchase. We always help protect your shipment by packaging your items securely in two bags. One inner poly for product protection and aesthetics and one outer 2.3mm tear/weather resistant bag. We are happy to give contact information to your courier in helping you file a lost package claim. Ensure your address is correct as once order is marked shipped it cannot be changed. Free shipping ships in a first class flat envelope.

Shop Policies on Custom Orders, Errors on Order, Mutual Agreement, Return Shipment and Timeline, Customer Responsibilities, Communication.

This is our specialty. Simply contact us and we will be happy to work with you to create your custom order. We work with you throughout the ordering process to ensure accuracy. Please enter all information exactly as you would like it to be Embroidered on your order. We are not responsible for any errors from customer entries. We are always happy to assist and are available should you have any questions or need assistance. If for any reason there is an agreement made between both parties to re-make items, original items must be returned to us first within 5 business days. Return Shipping will be paid by the customer and tracking should be provided on Etsy messaging.

Shop Policies on Sizing, Custom Embroidery, Placing/Changing Orders, No Return, No Refunds, No Exchanges, No Cancellations.

Please see individual listing for sizing. Please follow all instructions on fabric sizing as these are Handmade to your order and Custom Embroidered. We are happy to answer any sizing questions prior to purchase but once an order is placed and size is selected we cannot accept returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations as this item will be custom made to your size. Please Note: Our Shop Policy on all of our items are "All SALES ARE FINAL"

Shop Policies on Proofs, Shipping and Shipping Delays.

If you would like to see an Embroidery proof simply contact us and we are happy to provide one after your purchase. Proofs are provided after purchase but prior to production. Once your proof is ready we will message it to you via Etsy message board, so we don't hold up production if after 24hrs we do not receive an approval to proceed, we will have to unfortunately extend the order ship by date. On the new ship by date if we still haven't heard from the customer regarding the proof previously sent. Your item will ship as shown on the proof you requested and we provided. We cannot provide proofs or photos after an item has been made as we can no longer make changes to a completed Handmade Item/Custom Project. Limit of one proof per order.

Shop Policies on Personalization, Communication, Cost Difference, Shipping, order delays, Interactive messages must go through ETSY messenger.

Please note: We will only fulfill orders with a message under Note to Seller that have paid for personalization or have a special request and communicated with us through Etsy Messages prior to order placement and or paid for a private listing. We will not do any customization on your item simply because it is written in this box. There are different costs for each project we recommend messaging us for a quote. The item you are purchasing may come as is, therefore writing in the Note to Seller box will not be fulfilled unless purchased. Your order will be delayed until payment for additional embroidery is paid. If no payment is made by your ship date we will ship your item based on our listing. They'll be no interactivity from seller notes.

Where can I find the Pillowcases that are in the film Marilyn's Dark Paradise.

They were custom made for that Customer. We make hundreds of custom made pillowcases per week. Please message us about custom made pillowcases. We are always happy to help and provide a free quote. Please message us for assistance. Thank you.

Shop Policies on Proof requests and Punctuations on Handkerchief's and all Products.

Requesting a proof "may" delay your order up to 21 days depending on the specific request and the season as some months of the year are much busier than others. Please contact us directly via ETSY Messenger, prior to your purchase if this is a major concern, as we "may" be able to work with you. Occasionally our software will auto correct punctuations and or remove them. Please note: As we try to catch all of these systematical differences in the software, we are not responsible should a completed Handkerchief or any item arrive to you with a missing period, apostrophe, comma, semicolon, dash, slash etc. Should you wish to have an item corrected you may send it back to us for fixing and provide a label for returning it back to you as well.

Shop Policies on Care Instructions, Product Arrival and Condition of Arrival, No Refunds/No Exchanges/No Returns, Font/Thread Color Choice.

Our items are made of 100% Cotton. They are machine washable in cold water, delicate cycle, air dry, low heat iron. Please Note: Your order will be pressed upon receiving and may feel a bit tight. The material will soften after your 1st wash. Your items arrive pressed and sealed in a poly bag. We are not liable should your item be bent or squished during transit due to your Postal Carrier. You can simply iron the fabric on low heat to remove any wrinkles as it is cotton and will not damage the fabric. We do not accept returns/exchanges or refunds. Please keep this in mind when selecting your Font and Thread Color. Remember you chose it. We recommend each customer take into consideration adding insurance to cover their items.

Shop Policies on Free Shipping, First class Shipping, First Class Flats, Insurance and Delivery Upgrades, Estimated/Actual Ship Date.

This means the seller is paying to ship it to you and the seller will take the loss in revenue in the hope it draws more sales. Free US Domestic Shipping is the same as first class. There is no insurance on your items unless you ask to upgrade and have this coverage. There is no specific delivery date. ETSY will give an estimated time frame when your order is placed. Example: Your order will arrive by July 9- 18th. This is just an estimate, not a guarantee of any of these specific dates. Your Free Shipping items may arrive in a USPS First Class Flat Package or USPS First Class Packaging, depending on the size of your item. It is always recommend to upgrade your shipping and add insurance, As Its hard for us to determine First Class arrival
